TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

• Promoter: Deni Rayneau Art (Australia) (“Promoter”).

• How to enter:
  Entry is free. To enter, please complete the giveaway form here on the website with your email address, first name, surname, and country during the entry period.
  Limit one entry per person / per email address.

• Entry period:
  Entries open on Saturday 24th January 2026 - 12pm (AEST) and close on Sunday 28th February 2026 - 12pm (AEST).
  Late or incomplete entries won’t be counted.

• Eligibility:
  Open worldwide to individuals 18+ (or with parent/guardian consent). Void where prohibited.

• Winner selection & notification:
  The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and notified via their email address provided on Monday 1st March 2026 (AEST).  If the winner doesn’t respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

• Prize:
  One (1) original Deni Rayneau Art (physical) piece pictured here on the Artwork Giveaway page: 
  "I Am A Flower" -  12" x 12" acrylic on wood panel and wooden box framed
  No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

• Shipping & customs:
  Promoter will ship internationally for free from Australia. The winner is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or local handling/brokerage charges on delivery/receipt.

• Privacy & marketing consent:
  By entering, you agree your details will be added to the Deni Rayneau Art email subscriber list so we can contact you about the giveaway and send future updates/marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. Details are handled per our Privacy Policy.

• General:
  Promoter may disqualify fraudulent/automated entries and may amend, pause, or cancel the giveaway if needed to ensure fairness.
