This is about showing up and doing the work, but that doesn't mean hours and hours every day. Some days will be reflection, some days will be painting and some will be demos by me.
While I truly believe, the amount you invest will pay huge dividends, I also know that we all have lives that need our attention. On the days that are not "painting days" I still would love for you to do some art - even if it's just 10 minutes.
