BALI ART RETREAT -
FEEL A SHIFT IN HOW YOU PAINT
A 7-day art retreat for women who want to step away from the noise, the pressure, and the way you’ve been holding everything together.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and paint in a way that feels honest, instinctive, and fully your own.
You may already feel it.
That quiet sense that something in your creative life has shifted.
What once felt natural now feels controlled.
What once flowed now feels effortful.
And the work you’re making… doesn’t quite feel like you anymore.
You’re not starting over.
But you are at a point where something needs to change.
This retreat is for that moment.

WHO
THIS RETREAT
IS FOR
This retreat is for you if:
-
You feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure where your work is going
-
You’re tired of overthinking and want to trust your instincts again
-
You want space away from your life to focus fully on your art
-
You’re ready to explore a more honest, less controlled way of creating
-
You know there’s more in your work — but you haven’t accessed it yet
You don’t need to have answers.
You just need to be willing to step into something different.

WHAT
CHANGES WHILE
YOU'RE AT THE RETREAT
Over the course of the week, something begins to shift.
Not through pressure or instruction — but through space, attention, and a different way of approaching your work.
You begin to:
-
Let go of needing your work to be “good”
-
Trust your intuition instead of second-guessing
-
Take risks you wouldn’t normally allow
-
Feel more connected to what you’re expressing
-
Create work that feels more like you
This isn’t about producing perfect paintings.
It’s about changing your relationship to the act of painting itself.
HOW I WORK
Painting from the inside out
I guide artists to paint from intuition and inner language, rather than habit, expectation, or outcome.
A central part of how I teach is by painting alongside you.
I work in front of the group, openly and honestly, so you can see how freedom, risk, and listening move through the body and into the work.
My role is not to impose a style or tell you what your work should be.
It’s to notice what’s already present, name what’s being held back, and help you trust what wants to come through.
I work closely and attentively, offering clear guidance when it’s needed and space when it’s not. The focus is always on honesty, depth, and freedom in the work.

WHY BALI MATTERS
This retreat is held in a quiet part of Bali, surrounded by rice paddies and a slower rhythm of life. This eco-retreat has been chosen for its simplicity, care, and sense of calm.
Bali offers a real break from the usual grind. A chance to step out of everyday demands and into a place where painting can take up more space.
It’s an escape into a different pace and a different way of creating.
THE CONTAINER
The group and the experience
This is a small, carefully held retreat.
I’ve been bringing women together in creative and reflective spaces for many years, and I’m attentive to how a group is formed and guided.
Over the days, the group deepens naturally. Shared meals, time in the studio, and unhurried moments together create a sense of trust and ease. A quiet closeness often develops. One that comes from spending time together, making work, and listening with attention.
The container supports both individual focus and shared experience, allowing connection to unfold in its own way.
There is time for conversation, reflection, and one-on-one support — and also space to step back, focus, and to let things unfold naturally.
